Damaged or wrong item

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 60 days after delivery.
• Packs that have been opened and fully used.
• Delivery fees on courier services we did not arrange (free delivery orders are not affected).
